Bayswater Secondary College is committed to providing a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment for all students. We are a college that sets high expectations for our students and one that strives to create an environment which embraces diversity, inclusivity and multiculturalism in the wider community.

We foster an environment in which students feel safe, comfortable and confident to be their authentic selves, and to seek support when they need it from from the variety of options available at and beyond the College.

We believe strongly that in order for students to realise their full potential, they need to be happy, healthy and safe. Bayswater Secondary College supports all students to engage with their learning programs fully and acknowledges that student wellbeing and student learning outcomes are inextricably linked.
